Responsible Play
Last updated: 10 August 2026Play responsibly
Our competitions are designed to be a form of entertainment and an enjoyable community experience. Whether you choose paid or free entry, participation should always be seen as leisure — never as a way to generate income or to solve financial problems.
We apply our own responsible play standards and are committed to helping you stay in control of your activity.
Recognising the warning signs
You may wish to review your playing habits if you:
- view competitions primarily as a source of income;
- try to recover previous losses by entering more competitions;
- spend more time or money than you can comfortably afford;
- borrow money or sell personal belongings to fund participation;
- find it difficult to reduce, pause or stop your activity;
- notice that participation is affecting your mood, relationships or work.
Closing your account (self-exclusion)
You can ask us at any time to close your account permanently (self-exclusion). Just email contact@infinity-competitions.com from the address linked to your account.
We will confirm within 3 working days. Once your account is closed you will not be able to enter competitions and you will not receive any marketing from us. A self-exclusion is permanent.
We also encourage you to set yourself a monthly budget before entering any competition and to stick to it. If you would like us to apply a spending limit to your account, email us at contact@infinity-competitions.com and we will apply it manually.
Our commitment
We monitor for signs of harm. If we identify activity that appears excessive or inconsistent with responsible play, we may contact you to discuss support options and account controls, and in serious cases we may restrict participation.
We never target marketing at under-18s, we do not accept entries from anyone under 18, and we will never present competitions as a way to escape problems, earn a living or achieve financial security.
